Studio progress

Some have heard about my current idea but for other that have not I am still doing large scale woodcuts but the composition is going to basically be a scene of squirrels rampaging through a room. All the components as far as pattern and items in it are going to be based off of my thoughts about home and what I remember. The squirrels play this character of being adaptive to new surroundings. I really want to play with the idea of physical space and home with thoughts on identity.

Here is the first block I've started carving:
Currently I am still carving. I have more carved then what's shown in the picture as far as clearing out a lot of space. I had to take a break on doing the fine line work due to my V knife getting ruined. But it was replaced so now I can continue. I am hoping that I can at least get the block finished as far as carving and sealing so that it can be proofed. After this I plan to start laying out the second block. Also I plan to start laying out the other key blocks so they can be ready to carve.
