I am completely terrible about scanning anything in a timely manner. Here are some images from my sketchbook that aren't very revealing about what my first publication will look like, but doing them helped me decide what it WILL look like.
First publication: The Most Mean- about animal attacks and blend of myths and truths about the world's "most mean" animals

Sorry for all the drawings of dead guys in the snow. Luckily, this publication allows me to watch animal attack YouTube videos. Figuring out how many/what colors I'll be using in this. Final illustrations will be happenin soon. My second publication is tentatively titled HEAVY PETTING, and will be about sexual selection, weird mating rituals etc. and channeling my inner Green Porno (watch this if you think you have a sense of humor, like paper sculptures, biology and have time to waste/ procrastinate). I want to really entice people with that repulsion/attraction thing we all have. Also, I've contacted multiple realty companies for exhibition spaces, and considering the option of a mobile pop up shop (think a large van or VW bus-style thing or even something on wheels!). Continuing to order supplies and trying to keep an excel sheet of expenses (FUN TIMES)

On another semi-related note, here's a sketch for an upcoming first-time woodcut which COULD be included for sale in the shop. I sure hope I don't accidentally stab myself with tools!
